Forum Set Up By STP For US State Regulations

Hello There, VivBounty with a quick update for those using SolidTrust Pay
and an online payment processor.

The following is an excerpt from e-mail received today from Rick Mathews,
founder of WTIA, always having our backs. Thank you, Rick :)

...Additionally, by the way, Stella Hiemstra, Owner of SolidTrust Pay,
and a recent guest speaker on my webinar "All Things Considered",
has set up a forum for those affected by, or otherwise interested in,
the new requirements imposed and being implemented worldwide by
The Federal Government of The United States of America.

Here is one post I copied for you, but there is much more on the forum:

"Essentially, all but 6 states are on 'the list' and therefore every state will eventually be affected.
We will absolutely let everyone know via this forum."

Thanks also, once again and always to Stella.

There Is Hope Inspite of New U.S. State Regulations

Hello There, VivBounty here to update you on the payment processors we use to earn our living online. The following is an update from founder and owner of F5M Millionaire's club, Mr. John Kielec who has been in direct communication with Solid Trust Pay.

SolidTrust PayStella, admin of STP has always been very gracious to do possible to minimize the mayhem and inconvenience at any crisis facing us, the marketers who use their service, not to mention footing the huge cost for this regulation on our behalf.  Please read on...

$$$ > Lots of F5M-MC Gold Booster Payouts - STP PAYOUTS ???

Most F5M-MC members heard about SolidTrustPay needs to have a license to be able
accept and payout cash to USA residents. Other payment processors will follow
this licensing issue that USA has placed.

I am making Gold Booster payouts to lot of USA members but currently there is a
restriction to members who live in North Dakota, Virginia and Arkansas. I can not
make your commission payout through STP. I would suggest to switch to Payza.

I just got off the phone with STP and all other States are okay, just those three
that are currently effected.

Here is copy of a letter from F5M-MC member that was emailed by Stella from (STP):
--------------------------------------
Hi

Oh, I'm sure it will be pretty much mass pandemonium

Our plan is to create a forum just for affected STPay users and not
clutter up our present blog. We will be posting a release tomorrow
(today was spent with various MSB lawyers and FinCEN regulators, etc).

Basically, it has to be done and unfortunately, there is no way to do it
gracefully. As soon as you apply for a license, you cannot do any
transactions with anyone from the state you have applied to. So far,
that means North Dakota, Virginia and Arkansas. You would think that
a common sense way, especially for a non US company, would be some
kind of 'you can do this while waiting' but nope...it is an all or
nothing event here.

The real kicker is the 3 million dollar price tag that we have to come
up with. We are investing in our members.

What we really need is for people to not call us. There is no way we can
handle an influx of over 500,000 Americans or more asking us what's going
on. The answer is simple..the US government requires all companies to get
licenses, so...we are getting our licenses. The how is easy, the when we
have no idea (but have been told as fast a month and as long as a year).

I'll keep you in the loop and you can hand the loop around for us

By the way...no accounts are frozen. People are completely free to login,
update passwords, verify their accounts, add cards & banks, etc. They just
cannot deposit into their accounts. All balances will be sent back to members,
so people are welcome to either request that now, spent it online, send to a
friend, whatever. And merchants that are credit card enabled have business as
usual...members can use their cards directly at their websites. Those merchants
won't be able to pay back into STPay accounts is all.

Life is never simple and the world is quietly going insane as always

Stella

Horrible News!

Hello There, VivBounty to share with you this horrible news just in from the founder and owner of Wealth Team International (TM), Mr. Rick Mathews. Bear in mind, the Wealth System has been paying folks like you and I for over 20 years in over 190 countries worldwide as often as daily!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~Begin, Rick's message ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

I copied this from my log in page at SolidTrust Pay.

The United States, in its mandate to continuously protect its citizens against financial crimes, is now requiring all financial providers, regardless of country, to acquire full licensing in most states.

SolidTrust has begun working with your State's government to ensure we are fully compliant. Until this process is completed, you are not able to deposit or withdraw from your account. You may still purchase products & services directly via credit/debit card if the website you are buying from offers cards as a payment option.

We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting our support department to ask questions; instead, please read below for answers to the most commonly asked questions.

UNITED STATES REGULATION QUESTIONS

1. What happens to my account during this process?

» you are able to login as always, upgrade your account to any status, edit your passwords, refer others and exchange from one currency to another in your available balance. You are just not able to deposit funds into, withdraw funds out of, or transfer to another member or merchant directly.

2. Why didn't SolidTrust Pay already have licensing?

» new regulations covering the entire world came into effect only recently. Previous to the new regulations, companies outside the United States were not required to be licensed but now they are. SolidTrust has been working with its legal team since September, 2011 in preparation for these new regulations.

3. What happens if SolidTrust Pay refuses to acquire licensing?
» any company found to be in violation of the new USA regulations faces a minimum 5 year prison term and a fine of $2500 for every transaction recorded.

4. How long is this going to take?

» the regulation process can take up to a year depending on the state. As we acquire our licenses one by one, members in newly licensed states will be notified and full account services can be resumed by them.

5. Are other companies going to have to do this?

» Yes! Every payment processor in the world (ex: AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, OKPay, Perfect Money, etc) that has US citizens as clients, has to be licensed in all the US states requiring it. Any processor that does NOT is operating illegally. Any CEOs, directors, shareholders or principal owners of unlicensed companies would be arrested immediately upon entering the United States.
